Modules
There are 3 mandatory units — all must be completed to achieve the qualification.
• Contribute to the Identification and Analysis of Organisational Learning Needs (5 Credits, Mandatory)
Understand how organisational context shapes learning and development priorities. Conduct a learning needs analysis at organisational level and agree development actions with stakeholders.
• Manage, Foster and Develop Team Performance (5 Credits, Mandatory)
Apply the principles of team performance management. Conduct analysis, build development plans and support your team to improve.
• Manage and Develop Individual Performance (4 Credits, Mandatory)
Plan and manage individual team member development. Understand performance drivers and build effective individual development plans.
Entry Requirements
This qualification is designed for learners typically aged 16 and above. The typical entry profile includes one of the following:
• A Level 3 qualification in Business and Management or a related subject
• A Level 3 qualification in a non-related subject
• Equivalent international qualifications
English Language Requirements (for non-native English speakers):
• IELTS 5.5
• CEFR B2
• Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 162 or above
• Pearson PTE Academic 42–49
Progressions
Successful completion of the ATHE Level 4 Certificate in Workforce Performance Development enables learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue their further study, including relevant ATHE Level 5 qualifications in Business and Management.
