The range of knowledge required by an accountant is continually changing. So that you can stay abreast of new developments and best practice in this fast-changing environment the IFA has introduced stand alone CPD courses in a variety of different disciplines that are both relevant to you and your staff. Recognised
Gain verifiable CPD from a global awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual that you can use towards your annual CPD requirement. You will also receive an Ofqual regulated unit certificate on completion of the assessment.
Affordable
Each unit costs £250 + VAT payable directly to the centre.
Courses available
Credit value
This is the number of credits that will be awarded to a learner who has achieved each unit. The credits that you achieve accumulate and can be used towards completion of the full ATHE accountancy qualifications or can be transferred towards additional study for example a top-up degree.
Guided learning hours (GLH)
This is an estimate of the amount of time, on average, required to achieve a unit to the appropriate standard.

Teaching and delivery
UK Versity will teach, deliver the units for IFA members. The certification will be done via ATHE. UK Versity is an accredited centre of Awards for Training in Higher Education (ATHE), an Ofqual approved awarding organisation. The units awarded carry credits that can be accumulated to achieve higher qualifications with UK Versity and ATHE. • Access to an online portal with resources to support your study
• Online lectures and tutor support
• Ofqual certification on successful completion of final assessment
There will be a requirement for you to undertake some independent study as part of the course dependent on the number of guided learning hours but as everyone learns at a different rate there may be a variation in the actual time taken to complete a course and the number of hours detailed is only a guide.
Assessments
At the end of each course you will be set a piece of written work to complete and submit online.
