Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The Offer

UK Versity Online Limited will match the like-for-like advertised price of any eligible Ofqual-regulated qualification offered by an eligible UK competitor centre, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The offer applies to enrolment fees only. Awarding body registration, certification, exam and re-sit fees are charged separately and are not subject to the price match.

Offer Period

The Price Match Guarantee runs from 12 May 2026 at 00:01 BST to 30 June 2026 at 23:59 BST inclusive. Price match claims must be submitted, verified and the enrolment completed within the Offer Period.

Eligible Courses

The price match applies to qualifications delivered by UK Versity from ATHE, OTHM, Pearson BTEC, NCFE, CACHE and Ascentis, at RQF Levels 2 to 7.

Only qualifications listed in the UK Versity course catalogue as available for self-funded enrolment during the Offer Period are eligible.

What Like-for-Like Means

A competing course must have the same awarding body, identical qualification title and Ofqual qualification reference number, same RQF level, same credits, same delivery mode, and be delivered by a UK-based approved centre registered on UKRLP.

Evidence Required

Learners must provide dated evidence no more than 14 days old, clearly showing the competitor, course title, awarding body, qualification reference number, price, date advertised, and a live course link.

Exclusions

Marketplace listings, voucher sites, flash sales, coupon prices, funded provision, non-approved providers, overseas providers, Functional Skills, university partner degrees, StaffCPD courses, corporate training, and practical placement-based qualifications are excluded.

VAT

The price match is based on the ex-VAT enrolment price. UK learners must pay 20% VAT. Overseas learners are not charged UK VAT, subject to residence verification.

Payment

Price-matched enrolments must be paid in full. Instalments and split-payment options are not available.

Refunds

Price-matched enrolments are non-refundable once paid and confirmed, subject to statutory rights.

with the subject line “Price Match Claim - [Course Name]”.

Acceptance

Submission of a price match claim constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
