Duration: 2 to 3 months. Internally assessed and externally quality assured by NCFE CACHE.
Entry: Aged 16 or over. No formal prior qualifications required.
Progression: Level 3 study in Understanding Mental Health, Counselling Skills and Theory, and Health and Social Care.
