Overview
By completing this qualification, learners will gain skills that enable them to work alongside other health and social care professionals to achieve organisational objectives. The ATHE level 5 Extended Diploma in Management for Health and Social Care is a 120-credit qualification on the Qualifications and Credit Framework making it the equivalent size and level of the second year of a degree.

Entry Requirements
Candidates must hold/meet one or more of the criteria on the list below:
• This course is designed for learners aged 19 and above.
• A certificate/ diploma in management studies or business management
• An equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution.
• Mature students with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• The provider will determine your English Language ability if English is not your native language.
• IELTS 5.5 or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
Progressions
Upon successful completion of ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification learners will be eligible to enter the Level 6 Diploma in Health and Social Care or take admission for a BSc Top –up Degree in any UK University.
