Overview
This Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business and Management is a 180-credit, Ofqual-regulated qualification that sits at the same level as A Levels or an Access to HE qualification. It's specifically designed for learners who want to progress to a business or management degree but may not have the traditional entry qualifications usually required.
In plain terms — if you didn't take A Levels, didn't get the grades you needed, or have been out of education for a while and want a genuine route into university, this is the qualification that gets you there. It covers every core area of business you'd expect at degree level: marketing, finance, HR, strategy, leadership and more. All assessments are assignment-based — no exams

Entry Requirements
-This qualification is designed for learners typically aged 16 and above.
-For learners who have recently been in education or training, the entry profile is likely to include one of the following:
-5 or more GCSEs at grades C and above (or Grade 4 and above),
-other related Level 2 subjects, or equivalent international qualifications
-English Language proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or above
-If English is not your first language, UK Versity will determine your English Language Proficiency
Progressions
-This qualification has been designed for learners who wish to progress to a business or management degree. athe On completion, you can apply to a UK university to study a Business, Management, Marketing, HR or related degree via the top-up route.
-The diploma carries UCAS points, which means universities recognise it as a formal qualification for degree entry — just like A Levels. Depending on your grade (Pass, Merit or Distinction), you'll apply with a competitive UCAS tariff score.
-Typical degree progressions include BA (Hons) Business Management, BSc Marketing, BA Human Resource Management and similar programmes at UK universities.
