Overview
The ATHE Level 3 Award in Introduction to Web Development is a 10-credit, Ofqual regulated qualification covering the full cycle of building and publishing a website — from planning and creating interactive pages to testing and going live.
Part of ATHE's International Access Programme (IAP) suite of Level 3 Computing awards. Ideal for learners taking first steps in web development or looking to formalise existing skills. Modules
There is 1 mandatory unit — required to complete the qualification.
• Introduction to Web Development (10 Credits, Mandatory)
Understand website development planning. Be able to produce interactive webpages. Be able to test webpages. Be able to publish websites online.
Entry Requirements
This qualification is designed for learners typically aged 16 and above. The typical entry profile includes one of the following:
• 5 or more GCSEs at grades C/4 and above
• Other related Level 2 subjects
• Equivalent international qualifications
