pendra has 35 years of experience working in global organisations and has held several senior positions in Finance in both Indian and UK companies. As an entrepreneur, he started his practice as a sole proprietorship in 1979 immediately after finishing his studies and with no business background, the only work experience until then being the article ships from 1977 to 1979. Upendra currently is a board-level advisor to many start-ups and small-medium companies in the UK & India including Hira Trading Co Ltd, UK, amongst others. Being a professional accountant, his very analytical approach guides the financial operations at UK Versity. He has extensive experience in accountancy and taxation. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from HR College & Mumbai University.
