Maushmi holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester and a MA in Clinical Psychology from India. With experience working closely with people from diverse backgrounds, she brings interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills to her role as an NCFE Coordinator at UK Versity. She is responsible for NCFE Functional Skills learners, supporting their teaching and learning to ensure that they complete the qualification. Alongside her teaching role, she will be responsible for learner coordination, and contribute to marketing and communications activities. She is passionate about supporting people, building positive relationships and creating an inclusive and supportive environment for learners at UK Versity.
