Gerta has joined UK Versity as a student administrator. Gerta is be responsible for student inductions and supporting the student in their studies. Gerta has a number of years of experience in customer services from her pervious roles and she is eager to interact with learners and will be the interacting with new students via email, phone and inductions.. Her role is to be a conduit between the course administrators and student and get the student voice heard across the organisation. She is keen to learn and has a strong commitment towards driving student experience
