Cancellation and refund policy
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on courses bought online from our website
and a refund will be issued if:

• you have requested it within the 14-day cooling off period.
• you have not downloaded any part of the course content or material from the learner management system.
• you have not completed (or attempted to complete) the course(s) and any tests.
• you have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course.
• If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 14-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our learner management system), no refund will be payable.
• The 14-day cooling off period begins from the day you made the purchase.

Customer buying the courses online will have partial access to the course for the first 14-days. The registration with awarding organisation is done within 28 days of starting the course. This process will be completed after the 14 days cooling off period and when the 14 days-refund period has elapsed.

If you change your mind:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order as long as you have not
downloaded any part of the learning material and/or completed (or attempted to
complete) the course and any of the sections of the course and tests.

How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at accounts@ukversity.co.uk with your email address, phone number, address and order number.

When and how we issue refunds.
Upon determining that a cancellation or refund is due to you under these Terms, we will issue such refund or cancellation within 14 days of:

• our receipt of the written request with reason for cancellation.
• In some cases, this will require return of the training pack or induction pack or learning pack to be returned to the us at our head office; or
• our confirmation that such refund or cancellation is due to you otherwise if the course is not running or withdrawn by the awarding organisation.

For Course(s) which earn a reward through our refer-a-friend scheme, the following additional refund terms apply:

• any rewards will be revoked if a refund is issued on the order for which the reward was offered.
• once a reward is used you are no longer eligible for a refund on the order for which the reward was offered.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used
by you to pay for the Course(s).

Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.
Cancellation by UK Versity Online Limited

• Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our Course(s), UK Versity Online Limited reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full.

Under UK law, you may have the right to cancel or request a refund under certain circumstances, in accordance with this policy.

Definition of Key Terms:

• Awarding body – it refers to the Ofqual body for which UK Versity is an accredited centre and the final certificate will be issued by them Registration – the course fees include registration fee. The registration will be donewithin 28 days of starting the course. This will normally be done after the 14-day cooling off period has elapsed.

• Course(s) – this refers to the product on our website. This is purchased via payment on our website.
