Overview
The Pearson BTEC Level 7 Qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership are designed to provide focused and specialist vocational courses with a clear work-related emphasis. The qualifications provide the knowledge, understanding and skills required to manage people and resources in a strategic way in all sizes of organisation.
Modules
The Pearson Level 7 Extended Diploma consists of eight mandatory units, which include three mandatory units and three optional units.

Within the extended diploma, learners can also study the Diploma (60 credits) and certificate (30 credits) qualifications. The 60 credit diploma will involve studying two mandatory and two optional units

The certificate which is a 20-credit qualification will involve the study of the Strategic Leadership and Management unit.
Entry Requirements
For students who have recently been in education, the entry profile is likely to include one of the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree or a Level 6 Diploma equivalent qualification
• An international equivalent qualification of the above.
• Related work experience of 3-5 years
• Learners should be 19 years or over
• Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2, IELTS 6.5 Equivalent
Progressions
The Level 7 120 credits Diploma provides a solid grounding in management and leadership and leads to an MBA degree via the top-up route.
Certification
The Certificate is issued by the Pearson BTEC Qualification- Awarding Organisation. UK Versity Online Limited (Number 07737) is an accredited and approved delivery Centre for qualifications.
