Overview
The full internal quality assurer qualification for people who lead IQA in a college, training provider or workplace. It combines the theory and practice of internally assuring the quality of assessment with the skills to plan, allocate and monitor work across a team of assessors. You need access to assessment activity you can quality assure.
Modules
All units are mandatory. You complete every unit to achieve the qualification:
• Understanding the principles and practices of internally assuring the quality of assessment
• Internally assure the quality of assessment
• Plan, allocate and monitor work in own area of responsibility
Entry Requirements
• Aged 16 or over
• Working as, or about to become, an IQA or lead IQA
• Access to assessors and assessment activity to quality assure
• Internet access for online study
Progressions
On successful completion you can progress to:
• Lead IQA or quality manager roles
• External quality assurer (EQA) roles
• Centre quality and compliance leadership
• Further management CPD

The certificate is issued by NCFE, the Awarding Organisation. UK Versity Online Limited (Number 8465520) is an accredited and approved delivery centre for NCFE qualifications.
