Overview
The qualification the CQC expects registered managers of an adult care service to hold. It covers the full management remit, from leadership, governance and regulation, business and resource management and decision making to safeguarding, mental capacity, person-centred practice and continuous improvement, with optional units in trauma-informed practice, coaching, business development and recruitment. It is the recognised route into registered manager roles.

Entry Requirements
• Aged 18 or over
• Working in a management or deputy role in adult care
• NCFE CACHE Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent
• Internet access for online study
Progressions
On successful completion you can progress to:

• Service or operations manager
• Level 7 leadership qualifications
• University top-up in health and social care leadership
