Overview
The ATHE Level 6 Extended Diploma in Management is a 120-credit qualification, equivalent to a third-year degree. The aim to develop knowledge and understanding in a range of management-related subject areas which are pertinent to the development of individuals specifically seeking career progression and/or working in/towards middle/senior management roles; it will be relevant to those in roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, Head of Department, specialist manages such as Operations Managers and to those with significant management responsibilities.

Entry Requirements
• This course is designed for learners aged 19 and above.
• Mature students with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• A certificate/ diploma in management studies or business management.
• An equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution.
• IELTS 5.5 or equivalent qualification is preferred if English is not your native language.
Progressions
Successful completion of the ATHE Level 6 Extended Diploma in Management enables learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue their further study, including relevant ATHE Level 7 Diplomas.
As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation), learners may be eligible to apply for a range of master's degree programmes, subject to each university's entry requirements.
